About Ben:

I've been working as a coach full time since 2010 when I left the British Army. I now run my own coaching business called, The Strength Factory out of B Pro Fitness where I work with action sports athletes and the general public. As well as working with Elite level pro athletes from Mountain Biking and Motocross I coach a wide range of everyday people who love to ride bikes, climb mountains, ski, surf or just do adventurous, cool things. Ben's Little Quirk:

A funny moment early in my coaching career was approaching a male member wearing short shorts on an exercise bike who's nuts were hanging out. I had to ask him to put them away. It still makes me laugh to this day when I think about his face as he realised.

 

Ben's Favourite Exercises:

Not sure I have one as we are all different, but in general terms, some sort of deadlift is usually a winner.
