We have a number of qualified personal trainers available to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight and tone up, increase strength/muscle mass, train for a sporting event or just want to come and workout in a cool environment then please get in touch.

We offer personal training on a one to one basis or if you want to spread the cost with some friends then we can also train small groups of up to 3 people.
